Studies on the choline esterase activities of pregnant rabbits

Abstract
|
|
|
The study was carried out on the choline esterase activities of sera and uterus homogenates of pregnant rabbits.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. Ch. E. activity of sera showed the highest level in estrus cycle and then decreased on the 7th and 14th day after pregnancy. But it was higher than that of normal rabbits.
2. Ch. E. activity of pregnant uterus revealed the highest level-3. 8 times in comparison with that of normal level, on the 14th day after pregnancy.
